A bit about the role

Reporting to the Head of People, Culture & Talent, as one of the Talent Acquisition Specialists  you  will work closely with the People & Culture team to deliver exceptional talent for our business.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with coordination of recruitment campaigns and talent pool to ensure workforce requirements of the business model are met
  • Work with managers to identify recruitment and supply trends and develop strategies to address these proactively 
  • Ensure information is appropriately maintained throughout recruitment processes and campaigns to ensure transparency of process 
  • Managing recruitment processes end to end
  • Strategic sourcing 
  • Advising of hiring managers on recruitment solution

 

Position Requirements

  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Substantial internal recruitment experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter
  • A "can do" positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and business acumen
  • Ability to build robust internal and external relationships
