Science and Biology Teacher - Part Time Term 3, 2018

The Australian Performing Arts Grammar School (APGS) is an independent, co-educational performing arts school based in Glebe/Broadway catering for students from 7 -12.

APGS is seeking a dedicated professional qualified to teach and act as a key contributor to the academic advancement of the school.

The teaching role requires you to have a sound knowledge of the requirements of the NSW and Australian curriculum documents in the teacher’s appropriate discipline area. Teachers must have knowledge in implementing strategies to support diverse and creative learners, differentiating programmes in response to student learning needs and actively seek to engage students with content-rich activities.

This role is to commence Term 3.

APGS is seeking a teacher for: 

Science Years 7-10

Biology Year 11-12


The ideal candidate will be someone who is dedicated to their chosen discipline, is hard-working, and relishes the opportunity to work in a boutique school committed to excellence. Extra duties may involve assisting the Head of School with tasks relating to both the academic and performing arts spheres of school life.
