Inbound Sales and Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities/ Duties:

  • Supporting existing Amatil customers
  • Liaising with sales representatives and other stakeholders
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through a range of channels – Webchat, email, inbound and outbound calls 
  • Upselling & cross selling
  • Negotiating & influencing customers

Most importantly you will have the desire and passion to succeed as well as a thirst to learn and be motivated to achieve sales results.

Skills/Experience:

  • Prior sales experience (Retail and Hospitality highly regarded)
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and high level of optimism
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
