About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Adelaide. In this customer focused role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the Company in our Service Department and ensuring customer requirements and needs are exceeded.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing superior customer service with a can do attitude.
  • Generate new service business for the region through the various sales channels and leads made available to you.
  • Follow up and attend to customer enquiries.
  • Ensure all customer orders are effectively communicated with the relevant internal customers ensuring customer requirements are exceeded.
  • Attend to customer concerns and facilitate resolutions.
  • When required, travel across the region to ensure all customer needs and requirements are exceeded.

Skills & Experience

  • High energy and motivation to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in customer facing service sales roles
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and managers
  • Exceptional time management
  • Territory sales experience required
  • Cold calling experience essential
