Administration Assistant

Accounts MYOB & Personal Assistant (Hotel/Pub Group)

  • Maternity Leave
  • 12 month contract (potential extension)
  • Free Parking on-site

The Role

Reporting to the Director & Financial Controller you will be required to perform the following tasks including but not limited to:

  • GM personal assistant
  • MYOB Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • MYOB Reconciliations i.e. Supplier Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations
  • Assisting with Payroll related tasks
  • Assist with month end tasks
  • Supplies ordering

The successful candidate

To be considered for the role you will have minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role and:

  • Experience working within large organisations
  • Willing to take on administrative tasks and be proactive
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
  • Proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude will see you thrive
  • Capable of working autonomously and within tight deadlines
  • Experience in liquor industry advantageous

On Offer

This is a full-time salaried position with annual leave and sick leave until August 2019 covering maternity leave with potential to extend.

MYOB experience a must

Motor vehicle and current drivers licence
