DEALERS ASSISTANT/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

  • A Bachelor of Commerce or Marketing Degree with relevant work experience would be highly regarded.

The Role:

This role offers you the opportunity to utilise your technical knowledge and PA skills supporting a senior advisor with high net worth clients. This position is full of variety, and would suit an approachable, proactive and dynamic individual.

The following are the requirements for this position:

  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Meticulous about presentation of documentation;
  • Strong attention to grammar and spelling;
  • Well-developed time management skills with the ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellence in relationship management and customer service - both with external and internal stakeholders
  • The ability to work well under pressure and remain stress free;
  • Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to think well on your feet; and
  • The ability to quickly learn and ask questions if you need further information.

The Person:

Applicants ideally will have worked in corporate professional services who are used to working with high net worth clients. To be successful in securing this opportunity you will ideally possess:

  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Professionally presented in a corporate manner;
  • Be prepared to accept feedback to develop within the role;
  • Able to take ownership of the role with a can-do proactive attitude;
  • Ability to take on and manage projects and attend client meetings;
  • Some understanding of stockbroking and current affairs that affect the markets is desirable;
  • Agreeable to complete the RG146 Accreditation - cost will be reimbursed; and
  • Have a fun outlook on life with a good sense of humour.
