Activity Coordinator - DMF


The City of Stirling, located just 8kms from the Perth CBD, is home to over 210,000 residents, more than 21,000 businesses and attracting over 450,000 visitors every year.

With seven sport and recreation centres and numerous reserves and facilities, our busy Recreation and Leisure Services team provides a wide range of sport, recreation and healthy lifestyle opportunities for the community.

Stirling Leisure Centres – Scarborough, based on Gildercliffe Street, Scarborough, offers Health and Fitness facilities, indoor sports, Toddler Gym, school holiday sports programs and various sports, events and classes. We are looking for a casual Activity Officer to join our Scarborough team, working approximately 4 hours per week with the flexibility to work additional hours on occasion.

This role is responsible for conducting classes for children and delivering coaching to lifestyle program participants in accordance with an agreed schedule. This includes preparation and packing up of equipment and providing excellent customer service at all times. To succeed in this role you will need to have Level 1 accreditation from a governing body or relevant experience and experience in working with a diverse community.

This casual role is a level 3 Inside Workforce Agreement attracts a salary range of $35.11 - $36.96 gross per hour inclusive of casual loading, plus superannuation and fantastic benefits.
