Service Lead Asset Management

Our City Building Business Unit is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill our new Service Lead Asset Management position, providing leadership in Asset Management across the City. This includes the development and implementation of an Asset Management System, an Asset Management Framework and software systems to assist custodians in their service delivery.

Our ideal candidate will have considerable experience in a similar role within the Public Sector and will bring a sound understanding of legislative and operational requirements to the City. Strong multi-directional communication and interpersonal skills will be required as this role liaises with a range of stakeholders and is responsible for managing a small team of asset management professionals.

  • Tertiary qualification in Asset Management or relevant and related disciplines.
  • ‘C’ Class Driver’s License.
  • Strong report writing, record keeping, problem solving and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Advanced skills using MS Office and other software
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to plan strategically

An attractive remuneration package of $134,400 - $140,000 per annum is offered for the position including superannuation, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
