Apprenticeships Matter is a well-established Australian Network Provider (ANP) which promotes and provides traineeship and apprenticeship services to employers, employees and job seekers.

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team.

The role of the Customer Solutions Specialist is to process and assess client file administration under the Universal Services of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • Performing complex processing & client file administration;
  • Assessing and processing claims;
  • Comprehensive customer information and support services;
  • Interpreting and adhering to program and organisational guidelines;
  • Quality Control;
  • Providing support to the Administration Manager and other Apprenticeships Matter Staff when required.


Suitable candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy; ability to form excellent customer relationships; the ability to prioritise and a willingness and ability to work independently and in a team.

Previous experience working for an Australian Network Provider or in the training industry is essential.
