Food and Beverage Supervisor

Stix Catering is an industry leading provider of a diverse range of catering services including high-end airline catering, in-house corporate boardroom services, in-house café services, tailored corporate and private events, restaurant interests and produce farming.

We are seeking an outstanding team member to join our team inside Sydney's most prominent corporate & financial institution in the heart of Sydney CBD on a full time basis.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administer the daily operation of the guest relation floor/boardroom spaces
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Co-ordinate all room setups and requirements as well as food and beverages
  • Ordering and stocktakes
  • Facilitate training for new and existing staff members
  • Complete staff rosters
  • General maintenance and cleaning duties

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a similar role within a Boardroom space
  • Excellent Food and Beverage knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
