Communications Coordinator

Women’s Legal Service Victoria (WLSV) is a statewide not for profit legal service specialising in issues arising from relationship breakdown and violence against women.

The Communications Coordinator will develop and implement communications strategies to raise WLSV’s public profile, and to influence legal and policy change. As the sole communications specialist in the organisation, you will play a unique role, working collaboratively with all members of the management team, including the CEO, on communications priorities.

You have excellent media relations skills and high level competency in social media and digital platforms. You have highly developed people skills, superior editing and copywriting skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to deadline.
The position is part-time, three days per week.
