The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Oncology & Haematology project team as a Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTC). This role will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with the Principal Investigator, team members and other departments in coordinating and delivering cutting edge treatments to patients diagnosed with cancer.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating and managing a number of trials concurrently while delivering exceptional service to sponsors, investigators and participants alike.
  • Manage the care of patients participating in clinical trials, ensuring compliance with the protocol reporting requirements and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely source documentation and data entry, and the maintenance of essential documents that validate integrity in the conduct of the clinical trial.
  • Liaise with Principal Investigators, the multidisciplinary team and sponsor representatives, vendors etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous research experience in oncology or haematology or willingness to undertake appropriate education to meet the needs of the position.
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator is a preferred.
  • A tertiary qualification in related science or health science field.
  • Ability to contribute effectively as a participative member of a multidisciplinary team, yet able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and embrace a challenge.
  • Ability to multitask with ease, excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines and good time management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the participant/patient and client.
  • Sound knowledge of ICH/GCP is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
  • Excellent computer literacy. Experience in using Google Apps, Word and Excel.
