This historic pub has been a much loved local venue for years, drawing in regular patrons, families and tourists for over a century.  With a traditional pub feel, boasting open fires, a huge verandah, a cosy winter feel and more.. this pub is about to undergo a transformation and has loads of incredible new features coming its way! 

To compliment this multi million dollar refurb, we are on the hunt for a seasoned Sous Chef to be a strong right hand to the new Head Chef & help take the menu to new heights and to develop a show stopping offering that is going to bring locals and tourists coming back for more.. and maybe the odd pub award too! 

Fresh and hearty is definitely what we are after.. someone who can create a menu that ticks all of the boxes... fresh, made in house, approachable and on trend. The menu should be a modern take on pub classics and one that will really put this pub on the map.

You will be a seasoned Sous Chef with a background working in top pubs or restaurants, looking for a sea change to the mountains or an opportunity where they can really make a difference.  The owners have big plans to increase the venues appeal, including a huge kids play area, outdoor fireplaces and a revamp to its interior. 

This is an incredible opportunity to do simple food well & to take charge of a bustling venue! With plenty of parking available onsite, this venue is easily accessible by car and only a 1 hour drive from Sydney!
