This role is to work with the Project Managers to oversee the project administration for the upcoming North West projects. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Purpose of the Position:

  • Work with the Project team to complete the document control for the new projects
  • Gather data for Clients and submit for Projects

Key tasks

  • Work on Projects with Management 
  • Coordinate all project related paperwork and regularly update project files with any changes
  • Interacts harmoniously with employees of other companies both suppliers and customers
  • Liaise with Clients such as RIO, BHP and FMG to ensure we are submitting all the correct paperwork.
  • Gather Information from customers, engineers, project managers to submit to clients.
  • Work with HR on Mobilizations  (Maintaining Rosters and leave request)
  • Assistant Project Coordinator and Project Managers 
  • Project plan scheduling freight
  • Logistics - Procurement of Materials, including sourcing quotes, raising purchase orders and organising transport of materials.
