Reception/Administration Officer

RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Full time – 38 Hours per week

 

This position exists to provide administrative assistance to service areas and a friendly and culturally sensitive first point of contact for all visitors to Rumbalara Elders Care Facility, as applicable.

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent administration and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Well-developed computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • The ability to work in a team environment
