Office Manager – ‘Mission Control Leader’,

 

  • Permanent full time position

  • 38 hours per week

  • $40,000 to $55,000

  • Townsville

Mackay & Whitsundays leading Solar Energy Company ‘Green Energy Technologies’ is looking for Australia’s best office manager for our new Townsville branch. This an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead and grow Green Energy Technologies in the townsville region.

 

We are a locally owned business that has expanded from 3 employees in 2010 to 22 currently. We are dedicated to making the switch to solar easy for every home and business, we achieve this through the delivery of exceptional service and ongoing support and maintenance.

 

The office manager will report to the general & operations manager and will be responsible for liaising with the Sales and Install team, including:

  • reception, including responding to telephone calls and emails and greeting clients

  • scheduling works & crew management

  • processing & preparing sales

  • finalising jobs and after sales support

The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. On the job training will be for a minimum of 4 weeks in the Whitsunday office.

 

Successful applicants must have:

 

  • relevant previous reception and administration experience

  • advanced computer skills

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • highly organised with attention to detail

  • ability to prioritise and multitask

  • self motivated

  • drivers license & willing to travel
