This role is primarily administrative focused to ensure all gift card orders and queries are executed according to all client expectations, delivering a high level of customer service at all times. The successful candidate will have the ability to evolve in their role, if and when, the opportunity arises.

Key Competencies & Attributes

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal to perform customer service duties and phone management..
  • High attention to detail to complete purchasing, invoicing, receipting, fulfilment of orders and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining processes and systems along with preparing high quality written documentation to support the gift card business (working closely with the Operations and Customer Service Managers).
  • Liaising with and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, support staff, suppliers and key stake holders.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and work closely with both internal and external customers.
  • Confident in your Microsoft Office software abilities, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, work within deadlines and work with changing priorities.
  • Take ownership and be self-motivated
  • Enjoy working in a small team environment.


Experience & Qualifications

Prior Customer Service experience is essential.

Tertiary qualifications are preferred.
