Senior Systems Engineer

As part of the Systems Engineering Team, the Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for applying engineering principles, procedures and techniques to perform systems engineering assignments related to the development of large, complex software intensive systems and subsystems.  The successful applicant will work closely with other engineering disciplines to facilitate and  ensure timely interdisciplinary communication and coordination. The successful applicant may also serve as a team leader.  

About You

  • 4+ year university degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or other related technical discipline plus a minimum of five years of experience, or a Master’s of Science degree plus three years of experience.
  • Understanding and experience in the application of System Engineering lifecycle processes and best practices.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is desired.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Must have the ability to analyze and test complex engineering software, and be able to prioritize and conduct multiple tasks under deadline and budget constraints.
  • Travel, both domestic and foreign will be required from time to time.
