Do you live and breathe digital? Would you like to work in a team environment to deliver quality web and mobile app experiences for our customers?

Beyond Bank Australia is a mutual bank with branches across Australia. We are seeking a specialist to join our Digital Services team to own the configuration and change management of our digital platforms.

This role is key for our organisation as it is the front-line support of our digital presence. It will be a combination of hands-on CMS administration as well as coordination of all changes to our digital platforms made by our internal and third-party partners.

We are looking for a go-getter with a strong sense of ownership who will:

  • Coordinate changes on the website, Internet Banking and app from conception through the development process, testing to production sign-off, deployment and maintenance phases.
  • Take loosely defined needs and work with stakeholders to create solid requirements
  • Be highly organised and detail orientated
  • Demonstrate a broad range of digital experience and interests
  • Be self-sufficient and have the ability to manage your own workload
  • Support the production CMS, app and web environment
  • Problem solve and fix issues with our digital environment
  • Work in an agile environment

Essential criteria:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, marketing, or other similar programs or 2-3 years as a digital producer or specialist or similar in a marketing setting on B2C websites
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise Content Management System (CMS), Magnolia CMS experience is ideal
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript, Visual Website Optimizer, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Jira and Confluence
  • A solid understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media
  • Good understanding of integrating responsive front-end interface built with complex back-end APIs and data feeds
