Customer Service Supervisor

 

As a key component of our Malaga team you will be required to handle all customer service enquires in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be experienced in all facets of customer service on a trade service counter and have a flexible, can do attitude with strong attention to detail. They must also be self-motivated as they will be required to work autonomously and oversee a small team.

Candidate must have:

·       Strong computer skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement

·       Previous experience in a trade service industry

Responsibilities include:

·       Customer service

·       Stock and stores control

·       Stores administration

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / DESIRED

·       Customer Service in an office environment

·       Trade knowledge

·       Previous trade customer service (2 Years' Experience)

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Attention to detail essential

·       Professional friendly manner

·       Ability to multi-task and show initiative

·       Stock control
