Team Leader - Family and Carer Mental Health Program

Parramatta Mission’s Family and Carer Mental Health Program offers education, training and individual support services to families and carers of those with mental illness, aiming to improve carer well-being, resilience, coping skills and relationships.

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in health sciences, social sciences, or demonstrated industry experience with certificate 4 in Mental Health, Community Services, Case Management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams
  • Experience in case management and developing client centred care plans
  • Advanced communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Proficiency in computer
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current drivers’ license
  • Willing to undergo National Criminal Record Check

Desirable

  • Mental Health First Aid
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Child Protection Training
