Casual Property Settlement / Manual Services Clerk

This position would be ideal for someone who is wanting a Casual Clerk role. The ideal applicant may come with experience in the Conveyancing, Legal Support , Banking & Finance Industry.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in this growing organisation. 

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Preparing and reviewing client work packets prior to and post settlement
  • Attending Client Settlements via CBD and suburban areas
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals.
  • Attendance & Processing of on-line & Manual search requests
  • Attendance & Processing of Lodgements / filing completed at Government bodies
  • Attendance to collections & deliveries via CBD and suburban areas
  • Demonstrate a commitment to company values and positive organisational culture

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Highly organised with efficient work practices
  • Ability to provide first class support to clients
  • Intermediate skills for MS Office
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Someone who has a flexible outlook

Full Training will be provided to ensure the Candidate has:

  • Good knowledge of NSW Conveyancing and Land Registry processes and document types
  • Good understanding of property settlements process and locations
