Program Officer - Child, Youth & Family (12 month role)

Brisbane South PHN supports primary health providers – GPs and allied health professionals – to provide coordinated, efficient and effective medical services to patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes … the right care in the right place at the right time.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team to implement and evaluate programs in the child, youth and family areas. This is a full time 12 month role.

You will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in any related field including project management, medical, allied health, nursing, human services.
  • Previous experience with early childhood and family support programs desirable.
  • Engaging written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work with relationship management and program support computer systems.
  • Moderate level of Microsoft Office Suite ability.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Eligibility for Positive National Police Check.
  • Eligibility for Blue Card.
  • Project Management qualification is desirable.
