CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT

Established in 1923, the RACT is an iconic Tasmanian owned company, committed to creating connections with our customers and staff to provide unique and memorable experiences.

We are looking for the right person to contribute to our high achieving, customer focused culture within our Devonport Branch. This is a permanent part-time position with 30 hours per week available. The expected commencement date for this position is Wednesday 5 September 2018.

We want to hear from people who can:

  • Demonstrate their experience in providing customers with exceptional service
  • Engage customers in conversations that build an understanding of their needs
  • Develop a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of products and services
  • Gather information utilising available technology and resources

RACT offers an extensive training program to support staff in transitioning in to this role. This program involves comprehensive System, Underwriting and Service training. Please note that this training is conducted full time for a period of approximately 4 weeks in central Hobart. Previous experience in contact centre or general insurance environments will be highly regarded.
