About Us

Lipa Pharmaceuticals is a thriving, innovative and market leading contract manufacturer of complementary health care products based at Minto (close to Campbelltown) in South West Sydney. 

About the Role

The Recruitment/HR Adviser will provide day to day generalist Recruitment and HR support to managers and employees while working under the guidance/direction of the HR Generalist.  You will be required to work across all areas of Human Resources giving you broad experience, but will also have an emphasis on owning the recruitment processes within the business.

Therefore your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process (writing job ads, booking/undertaking interviews, reference checking, preparing contracts etc.), assist in inductions and the on-boarding of new employees.
  • Being the first point of contact for HR issues.
  • Contribute to the establishment of general processes and procedures to support best practice Human Resource activities.
  • Assist with performance management activities including disciplinary/grievance processes
  • Support the WHS processes within the organisation and providing assistance with return to work coordination
  • Support with HR Reporting and general administration
  • Maintaining HR records

About You

The successful applicant will:

  • Hold a minimum diploma level qualification in HR
  • At least 3 years HR experience including WHS and strong recruitment skills particularly blue collar employees
  • Practical and ‘hands on’ approach in the way you provide HR support, tailoring solutions to meet business needs, showing common sense and sound judgement.
  • Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Possess the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment, meeting deadlines and juggling multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
