ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Sales Director, the role of Project Manager you will be instrumental in helping continue to build our Premiums and Packaging Solutions capabilities, by managing our client projects throughout the entire job cycle to ensure they continue to be delivered to our clients in a professional and timely manner.

You must be able to demonstrate through previous roles held as a project manager, the ability to follow a project through a series of production processes to ensure we maintain a high level of quality and consistency throughout the entire project. You will be responsible for the coordinating of mostly off shore production processes therefore exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines are a must.

As Project Manager you will also:

  • Manage quotes from brief to quote stage including: sourcing suitable products that meet the brief, ensure best timings and costs are presented to Sales Director within quick time frames.
  • Provide detailed project schedules and update regularly to keep Sales Director and clients informed on project status and any solutions required to keep project on track.
  • Follow up quotes direct with suppliers and or internal Active stakeholders on behalf of the Sales Director.
  • Manage key personnel from suppliers and or Active internal stakeholders to ensure project runs on time on budget.
  • Work with suppliers and or Active Project Managers or Operations to create solutions if there is an unexpected delay or cost during a project.
  • Act as a second point of contact for clients and attend client meeting when the need arises.
  • Keep track of WIP for internal and external purposes for Active and our clients.
  • Keep project folders updated at all times.
  • Update PRISM and CRM with all leads and project information. Maintain accurate monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Work with the broader WWP companies to help increase overall sales engagement.

     

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will be expected to have: 

  • High competency level in ALL Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2-5 years in a similar role would be considered favourable.
  • Interest in promotional marketing and wide range of products from packaging to clothing to experiential items used for brand activations.
  • Must be personable and able to deal with all types of personalities both internal and external.
  • Confidence and be able to run multiple projects simultaneously without loosing your cool
  • Ability to learn new processes. Agile enough to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

     

A background that includes industry experience in print, display solutions and or media.ad agencies will help secure this position for you.
