Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a passionate individual to join our high performing inner west real estate agency. This role will see you carry out all marketing responsibilities for the office.

The responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:

  • Brand management
  • Database Management/CRM (we use Agentbox)
  • Maintaining Company website and social media platforms
  • Using Google and Youtube to promote the team & company
  • Review and undertake all marketing and advertising
  • Coordinating agency submissions, newsletters, and reports
  • Mail outs and email alerts
  • Creating and maintaining presentation kits
  • Liaising with media companies and design groups

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Knowledge of all communications media and social media
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to plan and edit content
  • Experience in Marketing/Communications
  • At least 2-3 years marketing experience, preferably within real estate or similar
  • Experience with Indesign, Photoshop preferable
