Coogee Bay Hotel is one of Sydney's high-profile venues, distinguished for an award-winning waterfront hotel, Beer Garden, Brasserie, and Events venue! We are rapidly expanding as we embark on a new era of service and product delivery.

We now seek the services of an experienced, talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade in one of Sydney’s most popular destination venues. We are looking for someone who is able to show initiative and can guide a team, so great communication and leaderships skills are a must!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Full time position, rotating roster
  • Open 7 days a week
  • Beach side Brasserie in a relaxed environment
  • Medium sized team across the three service periods
  • High standards of food quality and presentation
  • Exposure to Functions & Events kitchen

ABOUT YOU:

  • Trade Qualifications highly desired
  • 2-3 years experience in a high volume kitchen environment
  • Driven with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate & positive food delivery & attitude 
  • A desire to produce an excellent product
  • A desire to meet the demands of the business
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Excellent communicator
