For over 43 years, Westaflex, through its ten sales offices, has been a National manufacturer/supplier of HVAC associated components to the commercial, domestic and industrial areas of the HVAC community.

Through its growth in New South Wales, Westaflex Australia P/L has a developing opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager for its new Commercial division to be based in Sydney and serve the central and outer surrounding areas.

The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with the architectural, engineering, building and designing communities.  The role involves educating this sector about Westaflex products, their applications, specifications and varied uses.

Westaflex highly values its clients in all aspects of HVAC.  Westaflex is recognised as having only the highest quality products backed up by a team of highly experienced and motivated individuals.

The person we are looking for must –

  • Be a high performing business developer with proven experience in relationship management skills
  • Have a impressive track record of planning, negotiating and winning work
  • Be able to develop and implement business plans to support growth
  • Have the necessary technical background to discuss and understand customer requirements
  • Be outgoing, self-motivated and enthusiastic and not afraid to take a challenge head on
  • Never settle for no as an answer and finds a solution to customer needs
  • Be able to achieve budgeted sales targets by establishing a reputation for the business, its quality products and its ability to be a problem solver
  • Be able to work independently as well as with other members of the sales team
  • Have strong computer literacy skills

    The successful applicant will report directly to the Sydney Branch Manager and the General Manager of Sales.
