Boasting four contemporary conference and function rooms, plus a stylish boardroom, four bars, Sydney's biggest beer garden, two styles of accommodation, a 1800 capacity live entertainment venue, two retail liquor outlets and a brasserie, why work anywhere else! 

We are seeking an experienced Reservationist  to be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the front office and reservations system.

About the role:

  • Administrative duties – including reservations, responding to emails, accounts & cash handling
  • Answer and redirect phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relations with current and prospective new clients, to encourage repeat business and generate new business
  • Ensure hotel guests are attended to in a timely and efficient manner
  • Action all guest check-in and checkouts
  • Respond to reservation emails
  • Take and respond to phone reservations

About you:

  • A positive and friendly manner
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A sound knowledge of current packages, room rates and room configurations
  • Ensure presentation and maintenance of all areas of accommodation areas is maintained to a high standard at all times
  • Impressive time management
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ensure best practice for all Work, health & Safety
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CMS front office system an advantage, not essential
