Administrative Support Assistant (Fixed Term) - Ingham

NEATO Employment Services are currently seeking a highly motivated  and experienced Administrative Support Assistant to join our team in Ingham on a 3 month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension.

The Role

Providing general support and assistance to the team, ultimately ensuring quality service is delivered and agency objectives achieved.  With the core responsibility of carrying out the administrative function of the team, other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Connecting and engaging with a diverse range of clients;
  • Delivering excellent customer service and assisting clients with queries;
  • Providing administrative support to the team and other agencies, such as preparing professional resumes for clients;
  • General reception administration duties such as filing, photocopying, phone calls etc;
  • Inputting and retrieval of information and data in relevant company databases.
     

About You

As part of the Ingham team, you will support the team with your excellent communication and administration skills. Recent experience in a customer service or administration role and relevant business administration qualifications will be highly regarded.

You will be competent in the following role expectations:

  • Strong administration skills, including the effective use of MS Office;
  • Able to connect and engage with a diverse range of people;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to client needs;
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to be organised, have strong attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Able to prioritise and be flexible in managing incoming calls and attend to client's queries;
  • Quickly adapt and learn company databases and systems;
  • Accurate data entry of client notes into industry specific computer systems;
  • Adaptable to work effectively both within a team environment and autonomously;
  • Highly motivated to achieve agency results and advance career in employment services;
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, professionalism and a strong work ethic;
  • Understanding and adherence to privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
