About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Online Sales  Co-ordinator to join the SACHA DRAKE team in our Head Office in Woolloongabba.    

You will play a key role by providing exceptional customer service across our online and wholesale business. Building and growing relationships with both inbound phone customers and online customers is paramount whilst constantly striving to reach your sales targets.

About you

You will have impeccable customer service skills where exceeding the customer's expectations is key.  You will have passion for fashion, be computer savvy and comfortable working in an e-commerce platform.

This role will suit a talented and organised customer relations &  sales driven individual with a fashion retail sales background.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Responsibility for the online store’s  financial targets by maximising sales.
  • Working with the customer service team, ensuring all customer enquiries are responded to efficiently and professionally.
  • Create accurate and creative product content descriptions.
  • Merchandising and uploading products on the website.
  • Ensuring all orders are processed and packed via the online store dispatch team
  • Analysis of online product performance eg. best sellers, slow sellers.
  • Assist with the product ordering for the online store 
  • Manage all ‘site search’ experience and analysis of results of the customer journey.
  • Wholesale Account Management - build and manage a strong working relationship with Sales Agents in Australia, maximising all sales opportunities to our business partners

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Five years experience in a Fashion Customer Service or sales role
  • Exceptional communication and Customer Service skills 
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking skills, 
  • Excellent eye for details
  • Proficient Microsoft Office & Adobe skills
  • Positive attitude with great team focus
  • A love for style and fashion
