About the role

This role will be an integral part of the Credit/Accounts Receivable function located at our Head Office in Taren Point. This role will be responsible for:

  • Daily on time collection of outstanding and overdue invoices;
  • Allocating relevant and corresponding credit notes;
  • Providing copies of invoices and credit notes to customers;
  • Investigating and resolving customer claims;
  • Responding to customer inquiries and credit correspondence;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding customer pricing queries, temporary price reductions and finished goods queries; and
  • Customer account statement reconciliations.

About you

You will be comfortable working in a high volume environment and have a strong understanding of the end-to-end Credit function. We are looking for someone that thrives in our fast paced environment and is willing to be a key team player.

Additionally, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years Credit/Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within an FMCG environment;
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be highly advantageous, 
  • Strong Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables;
  • Strong problem solving skills with a high attention to detail;
  • Strong ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • A strong can do and positive attitude; and
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise.
