Brand Manager - Beverage (Australia's Own)

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Beverage, this role will be responsible for creating and implementing an overall brand strategy for a portfolio of products to develop, manage, co-ordinate and communicate against the brand plans to maximise sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Assist in the management all strategic and operational aspects of the marketing function, including development of a comprehensive marketing strategy (a mix of ATL and BTL;
  • Work across marketing strategies and plans;
  • Create and expand the brand image, placing and communication to the market;
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally;
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies;
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues; and
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. 

About you

You will be energetic, proactive and inquisitive ready to hit the ground running, leveraging your skills and knowledge to continue add to our incredible phase of growth. Additionally you will have:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business;
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing role within an FMCG environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
  • A proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to our leaders;
  • Passionate and results orientated with a strong can do attitude;
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
  • Ability to adopt a highly agile approach to their work practice;
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise; and
  • Strong commercial acumen.
