The Role:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Linear as a Clinical Trial Recruitment Officer. Linear is a fast paced, high growth and tech-forward company so the right candidate will be adaptable and have a strong desire to grow their career. This is a casual position with potential to move to a full time contract based on performance.

Overall this role has a strong focus on maintaining our online application funnel. More specifically, tasks
of this role include:

  • Maintaining our website
  • Building online forms for customers to fill in on our website
  • Updating appointment booking setup
  • Managing automatic communication with customers
  • Calling leads to qualify for trials and book in for appointments
  • Customer service through email and phone calls

Experience with these tools is a preferred but not essential (some training provided):

  • Wordpress
  • Zapier
  • JotForm or any other form builder with conditional logic
  • Canva
  • Excel
  • GSuite

An interest or skills in these areas are a plus:

  • Online Sales/eCommerce
  • Marketing Automation
  • UX
  • Advertising
  • Analytics
  • Graphic/Video Design
  • Social Media Marketing
  • HTML/CSS coding
  • IT
  • Call centre
  • Medical Industry

Must haves:

  • Quick learner and very comfortable using a computer
  • Hands on/practical person who takes initiative
  • Interest/experience in digital marketing and customer service
