About the business and the role

Monaro Screens is a leading manufacturer and supplier of shower screens, Crimsafe security screens, glass splashbacks, wardrobe doors, mirrors and retractable screens. The role involves administration/reception & customer service across all aspects of the business. You will work with a small friendly team.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will be responsible for administration functions covering responsible for assisting clients through the product selection processes, answering incoming calls, diary management, data entry, quoting off plans and tendering, general reception/administration duties and customer interaction on a day to day basis. Saturday work on a roster basis will be required.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will be well organised, systems orientated with strong computer and customer service skills. Experience with Xero or similar, MS suite and sales knowledge/experience is preferred.

This is a pivotal position that is integral to the day to day running of the business.

Minimum two years experience in a similar role as well as stable work history is essential.

The position reports directly to the Office Manager.

Salary will be paid in keeping with skills and experience.
