Customer Service & Admin Logistics Support - $30 p.h. or $60K + Super

About the role

With the market growing at an alarming rate, we are looking for a Customer Service  & Administration with extensive Logistics experience Management candidate to join our expanding team at Sydney urgently. if you are experienced in Customer service with Administration and Logistics. You have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.  You are a friendly & Confident, love customer service and Administration and can work under pressure if needed.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Orders - Entering, processing and monitoring Customer Orders

  • Delivery to Customer – Process via SAP Pick and Pack to Delivery Docket as required.

  • Invoicing IN and OUT

  • Monitor Order Tracking in SAP in relation to order fulfillment.

  • Manage Samples from local stock to Delivery Notification

  • Credits Processing -  Complete any Credits required

  • Reporting and Reporting tasks

  • Support Monthly Meeting Agenda Items as they evolve.

  • Drive Tasks allocated via the QMS.

  • Office Team Support

  • Business Management Team Support

  • Quality Management System Administration

  • General Office Support

Essential Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience in an administrative and logistics role with a customer service focus is essential

  • Touch typist and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Good communication skills and excellent phone manner.

  • Proactive can do attitude, take action, resolve problems and inform others.

  • Previous experience in an import business is desirable

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Ensure you are familiar with company expectations and guidelines as detailed in the Employee Handbook. Latest version always available on QMS Electronic Document Register.  

  • Working hours 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Mondays-Fridays)
