Installations Manager - Premium Stone/Building Finishes

Join the national leader in the supply and installation of premium building products into commercial and residential construction/building projects. This division specializing in premium stone, marble, granite and glass products and finishes, now require your skills and expertise to coordinate and manage installations of commercial and domestic projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Procure, engage and manage trades/contractors and progress of installations
  • Coordinate access to properties
  • Quality control and dispute/issue resolution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Lead, develop and coach your team to deliver the highest standards in customer care
  • Work with the GM as required to improve business processes

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Sound experience managing a team of installers and support staff
  • Relevant building trade qualification and further commercial/business skills will be well regarded
  • Proven skills managing a safe work environment with limited LTI’s
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time and project conflicts
  • Strong organizational, coordination and good computer skills
