Project/Contracts Administrator

Join the national leader in the supply and installation of superior building products into commercial and residential construction projects. This division specializing in superior glass products and finishes, now require your skills and expertise to assist in providing quality solutions that exceed their client’s expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafting scopes of works to accompany request for quotations issued to subcontractors
Minimising subcontractor variation claims, managing contractual correspondence
Reporting on commercial performance of contracts, cost to complete and progress
Assisting the GM with internal and external data and reports

Selection Criteria:
Relevant building trade and/or degree in Commerce, Business or Construction
5 years’ experience with a top or mid-tier building contractor in contract administration including managing processes, procedures and claims
Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen, ensure that all time frames are adhered to
Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills including site level
Excellent written and verbal ability, strong attention to detail, honed computer skills
