Chef De Partie - Corporate Catering

Stix catering is currently seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team of chefs and hospitality professionals located in Syndey CBD. Working in state of the art kitchens across our 3 sites, you will be predominantly working with our events and cafe team on a variety of formal boardroom lunches, cafe selections and canapés. This is an exceptional role that encourages creativity with a Monday - Friday working week!

Candidates must have:

  • Trade qualifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and possess a good command of verbal and written English.
  • Strong planning and organisational Skills
  • An ability to work in a team environment 
  • A sound knowledge of food and flavours
  • A keen eye for details
  • A great understanding of stock rotation and food hygiene
  • A genuine passion for the trade
  • Availability to work morning and afternoon/night shifts
