Account Coordinator

Tasmania’s largest private employer – Federal Group – is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the welcoming Group Production Services team based in Sandy Bay, Hobart.

The GPS team coordinate and design artwork, websites, online advertising and printing for Federal Group’s diverse businesses which span tourism, casino, gaming, retail and transport sectors, and our Account Coordinator will have a pivotal role in ensuring our group-wide marketing and sales strategies are delivered effectively.

Reporting to the Manager of Group Production Services and providing support to various marketing teams, you will play a key role in campaign scheduling and execution and hold responsibility for coordinating the design of property collateral, print production, quality control, proof reading, costing, data management, website updates, delivery of direct mail services as well as general administrative duties.

This role is ideal for an organised, efficient and creative person:

  • who works well independently, shows initiative and solves problems in a fast paced environment
  • with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • who is naturally highly organised and efficient in their time management
  • able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple competing priorities seamlessly
  • is highly proactive and able to foresee issues before they become problems
  • with a passion for marketing and service excellence, and a desire to learn and develop.

Marketing related qualifications or training will be beneficial, but not essential.
