Microsoft Traineeship Program Officer - Sydney CBD Location

Our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division is currently seeking to appoint a full-time Microsoft Traineeship Program Officer to be based in our Sydney CBD Office.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a person with a training, education or mentoring background wanting to further develop their career. Reporting to the National Field Operations Manager, this position manages a caseload of IT trainees on behalf of a large global technology client. 

Your experience within Australian Apprentices and Traineeship system and exposure to the mentoring and pastoral care of young adults (18-25) is ideal, along with experience in the Group training model (GTO) and/or 'after placement' candidate care industries being preferred.

Current driver licence and a proficient level of computer literacy is required.

A Total Package Value of $88,883 inclusive of a fully maintained vehicle, 9.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading will be on offer to the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
