Duty Manager

Redcliffe Tavern is part of Spirit Hotels.  We operate over 70 hotels in Queensland with small portfolios in Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales.  Our pubs feature some of the best bars, restaurants, fast casual dining options and gaming rooms across Australia and our core purpose is to operate 'Great Pubs Locals Love'.

Redcliffe Tavern is just a moments walk from the ocean, located on Anzac Avenue. We offer bistro, sports bar, TAB, keno and gaming facilities open 7 days a week. 

What do I need to have?

We are on the lookout for an experienced Duty Manager. To be successful you must possess hospitality management experience and a desire for furthering your career. You will have a passion for developing and motivating your teams, with a keen interest in the financial performance of the business.

You must be friendly and sociable and can communicate openly and honestly with both customers and team members. You will be results driven in addition to being hardworking, patient, determined, creative and adaptable to an ever changing environment.

As an Assistant Manager you will:

  • Have previous hospitality management experience in food, beverage and gaming operations
  • Both lead and work as part of our Hotel team to create a fun & inviting atmosphere for our customers
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance and cash handling procedures.
  • Be supported by your current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers License (QLD)
