HomeStart Finance is a State Government organisation that is focused on providing home ownership to South Australians.  Established in 1989, we are proud to have helped over 70,000 South Australians get into home ownership sooner.  Our business has expanded in recent years with the opening of two metropolitan offices. 

About the opportunity:

We have a full time opportunity for a Product Analyst to join HomeStart's Strategic Development Division.  The Product Analyst is responsible for designing and executing product road maps for each of HomeStart's loans, drawing on market and environmental analysis, understanding customer value and HomeStart's points of difference in order to define features and market position for each product.  Amongst other responsibilities, the Product Analyst will also be responsible for administrative tasks relating to the product portfolio, including awareness and training campaigns, maintenance of product rules, loan pricing and fee recommendations.

About you:

You are experienced in the successful delivery of a range of financial products, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.  You are committed in delivering quality customer service with great communication and influencing skills.

You will also have, amongst other things:

  • Sound understanding and application of research.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to solve problems with consideration to business needs.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships across the business to drive product development and growth.
