About the role
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive medical administrative and patient services to ensure the effective practice management for a small group of surgeons. This is a diverse role which requires the incumbent to provide cover to surgeons' personal assistants and practice support officers during annual leave, personal leave and any other leave. Working in a small hub of four to five practices, the incumbent will be trained in all aspects of the role and will be confident in their interactions with patients, medical staff, their hub and surgeons.
To be successful in the role, the applicant must be prepared to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and must be willing to work within the core hours of the business with varying start and finish times. This is a role which is diverse and no week may be the same. It will suit someone who loves variety, is passionate about patient care and is willing to grow with the organisation.
A Child Related Employment Screening Certificate (current and satisfactory) is required.
