Lipa Pharmaceuticals is a thriving, innovative and market leading contract manufacturer of complementary health care products based at Minto (close to Campbelltown) in South West Sydney.  We currently service the bulk of Australia’s leading brands and various overseas customers across North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Pacific region. 

About the Role

Due to continued growth and with major expansion planned for the future, we are seeking an experienced, B2B - Account Executive.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the main focus of this role is to sell manufacturing services to the complementary industry, seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining relationships with current customers.  You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing sales strategies and initiatives with existing and new accounts
  • Developing/maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Creating a new customer base and increasing our market share
  • Negotiating contract renewals and ensuring our ongoing TGA compliance.
  • Being the voice of our customers, looking to develop mutually beneficial products and service solutions
  • Sharing industry intelligence that inspires solution development and improves our customer knowledge

About You

You will be an energetic, experienced salesperson with strong hunter, gatherer skills. You are intelligent, tenacious, confident and have excellent relationship building skills.  You will also need:

  • A minimum 2 years' sales experience and success in forging strong business to business relationships
  • Knowledge of the complementary industry will be an advantage
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Sound networking and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
  • The ability to adapt to an ever changing environment and to be able to perform well under pressure
  • To be aware of the regulations that apply in a TGA regulated industry
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to selling to exceed client expectations
