Receptionist/Administrator

The Role

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team and be the first point of contact for our Real Estate firm in Balmain. The ideal candidate will use their experience to allow our team to work more efficiently and effectively in assisting our sales, property management, marketing and administration teams when required.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to our valued clients
  • High level of computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding polished and professional communication skills
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritise and work independently
  • Immaculate presentation and excellent attention to detail 
  • Demonstrates initiative and a can-do attitude with a smile
  • Supporting a team of real estate professionals
  • Work well as part of a team and promote good team spirit
