The Role:

AudioClinic has a part time opportunity for 2 skilled Client Service Officers to join our team at the Kotara Clinic. 

Generally you will be working either 2 or 3 full days per week rostered across Monday - Friday.  We do need you to be flexible to be called in at short notice to cover sick/other leave or to assist at other clinics.  We also require you to be flexible to work additional days to cover for annual / special leave requirements.

You will work closely with our hearing impaired clients to provide them with the best possible service. Working alongside our hearing consultants you have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

 

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Main reception duties, greeting our customers and dealing with general enquiries
  • General administration tasks
  • Maintain electronic and manual files
  • Booking appointments
  • Maintaining our database
  • Minor hearing aid repairs (training provided)

 

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and via the phone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Positive attitude
  • Patience and compassion
  • Sound knowledge of MS office products
  • Well presented
  • Flexible approach
  • Flexible to be called in at short notice to cover sick/other leave
  • Flexible to assist at other clinics
  • Flexible to work additional days to cover annual / special leave
