Your new role 
You will have a diverse and varied role which will incorporate a range of duties and responsibilities such as; shift support to production, completion of product testing, involvement in the ongoing maintenance of the HACCP program, internal auditing, management of NCR's as directed, daily temperature checks, management of pest control programme, management of calibration programme, GMP audits, verification of documentation and final product inspection and release.

Ideally you will need to have had previous experience in a similar role within the food industry, hold a tertiary qualification such as; Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Technology or a similar discipline and have had Quality Assurance, Food Safety and Hygiene specific training.
