Certis have arrived in Australia and are looking for talented staff to join our team. Help us recruit them! This fast-paced role will see you working across the Protective Services Division, recruiting for various security roles on a national level. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to be a part of the journey.

About the Role

No 2 days are ever the same, but you will be across:

  • Creative sourcing of quality employees to meet organisational strategy and operational goals.
  • Managing end to end recruitment process, from business briefings through to onboarding.
  • Stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation 
  • Continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures to ensure our hiring managers and candidates are all happy, and we are kicking our business goals.

About You

  • Minimum 1 years’ recruitment experience, ideally in the blue collar industries.
  • Adaptability - perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment where business operations can change quickly.
  • A ‘people person’ - ability to build and maintain quality productive relationships with a huge variety of stakeholders
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and passion – you’re a great team player who can keep up!
  • Advanced communication skills – an active listener, savvy behavioural interviewer, and persuasive presenter.
  • Professionalism - strong work ethic, ‘can-do’ approach, and a positive attitude.
